Most of our products can be configured before they ship. These are choices that change how a product works for you.
Three kinds of choice
Configure
Change what the product holds or how it is laid out.
Choose
Pick the contents. A fragrance collection, or your own 25 oils selected from all 75. Colors where we offer them.
Personalize
Add a short message, laser engraving and more.
What is customizable right now
Options change from time to time. The product page always shows what is currently available.
Worth knowing
- Some options are required, some are not
- Choosing a fragrance collection is required, because the kit cannot ship without one. Personalization is optional.
- Most cost nothing
- Where a choice does carry a charge, the price is shown next to it before you add to cart.
- Personalized items cannot be returned
- Anything directly engraved with your message is made for you alone, so it cannot be resold. Damage and defects are still covered.
