- United States and Canada. One shipping address per order. For multiple addresses, place a separate order for each.
- Carriers
- UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics. We select the carrier based on destination, size, and speed.
- Tracking
- A confirmation email with a tracking number goes out when your order ships. Track through the carrier's site or the Shop app.
- Customs and duties
- Canadian orders may be subject to import fees on delivery. We cannot calculate these in advance.
- Delays
- Delivery estimates depend on your location and on the carrier. We cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.
- Fast or express shipping
- We recommend visiting our store on Amazon or TikTok Shop for some of our products at fulfilment centers located around the US.
