Refund policy

At Lucullion, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must upload a photo of the damaged package and products inside of the box showing the damage within 7 days of delivery, then you may request a free replacement of equal value or return it for a full refund.

Personalized and customized orders that use light custom options such as messages, gift wrap, bow ties, and some item selection options are eligible for our 7 days replacement and refund policy.

In the case of tracking information stating that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, we suggest you give it an extra day or two to arrive. If the package still has not arrived after this time, we request that you file a stolen package report with your local police department and send a copy of this report to support@lucullion.com for a full refund including shipping cost.

To initiate a return or replacement, please contact us at support@lucullion.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the damage. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement.

We will process your refund as soon as we receive the item in its original unused condition. All products return in used condition are subject to a 50% partial refund. Shipping charges are covered and you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
