Orders and delivery
- How long will my order take?
- Orders begin processing in 1 to 2 business days. After that, 2–5 business days in the US and 7–10 to Canada.
- Do you charge for shipping?
- No. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
- Where do you ship?
- The United States and Canada. One address per order.
- My package is damaged or missing
- We replace it free, or refund you in full. Damage claims need a photo; missing packages do not need anything but a message.
- Can I cancel or change an order?
- Within 12 hours of ordering, yes. After that it may already be packed.
Products
- Which perfume collection should I pick?
- All three are beginner friendly. Zephyr has the broadest range and is the easiest to build something wearable from. Tropical Garden uses stronger materials, so expect more attempts before you land the one you want.
- Should I build my own set of 25?
- Only if you have blended before. A set picked without regard to top, middle, and base notes will smell good in the bottle and disappear off your skin within the hour.
- Do I need anything else to use the kit?
- No. Everything you need is in the box, and the guided course opens from a QR code inside: no app, no account.
- Do your products change over time?
- Yes. We update and reformulate rather than replace. Some lines are limited or rotating and will not come back.
- Do you offer customization?
- On select products. Options vary and are updated periodically. The product page always shows what is currently available.

- How are your products made?
- We use whichever method the product actually needs: hand assembly, contract manufacturing, original design manufacturing, and sourcing from suppliers and distributors.
- How are your courses written?
- From textbooks and industry authorities. Where reliable information is scarce, we cross-reference books, academic research, databases, and working professionals until it holds up from more than one direction.
- I am looking for something niche. Can you help?
- Possibly. We design hard-to-find products for niche interests, and the Workbench is where you tell us what is missing.

- You send us a gift for someone, we check and repackage it, and ship it on under our name, so your address never appears on a parcel arriving at theirs.
- What is the Workbench?
- Where you tell us what your hobby is missing. We read every request, build very few, and publish what we are working on so you can watch it happen.
- Do you sell wholesale?
- Our volume pricing is on the product page and open to everyone: no account, no application. Shops, breakers, and streamers buy at the same rate as anyone else.
