Privacy Policy and Copyright

Last updated: 17 August 2026

This Policy describes how Lucullion collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit lucullion.com (the "Site"), place an order, or use one of our services. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Where a change is material we will say so on the Site. Please check back periodically.

1. Information you give us

  • Contact and order details: your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, and what you ordered.

  • Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

  • Account information: your email address, and your order history, if you create an account.

  • Correspondence: anything you send us by email or through the contact form, including photographs supplied with a claim.

  • Workbench submissions: the product idea or request you describe, and the email address you give us so we can respond.

  • Reviews: the content of any review you submit, and the name you choose to publish it under.

  • Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.

2. Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site we automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, access times, and the pages you view. We use this to operate and improve the Site and to detect fraud.

3. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work properly if you do.

  • Essential cookies keep the Site working — your cart, your session, and secure checkout.

  • Analytics cookies tell us which pages are used and how the Site performs.

  • Advertising cookies may be used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

  • Social media cookies allow content to be shared to those platforms.

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one.

4. Information about gift recipients

This section matters if someone sends you a gift through our Private Gifting service, or if you use that service to send one.

When a customer uses Private Gifting, they provide us with the recipient’s name and delivery address. We use that information solely to deliver the parcel and to resolve any delivery problem. We do not market to recipients, we do not add them to any mailing list, and we do not disclose the sender’s details to them.

We retain recipient details only for as long as needed to complete the delivery and to handle any claim arising from it, after which they are deleted. A recipient may contact us at any time to ask what we hold about them, to have it deleted, or to ask that we decline future shipments to their address. We will honor such a request without requiring an explanation.

5. How we use information

  • To process, fulfil, and deliver your orders, and to contact you about them.

  • To provide customer support and resolve claims.

  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

  • To send marketing communications where you have asked to receive them. Every such message includes an unsubscribe link.

  • To evaluate Workbench submissions and, where relevant, to tell you what happened to your request.

  • To comply with our legal obligations and to prevent fraud.

6. How we share information

  • Service providers who act on our behalf: our ecommerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, and fulfilment partners. They may use your information only to perform those services.

  • Carriers, who receive the delivery address in order to deliver the parcel.

  • Legal reasons, where we are required by law or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of any person.

  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order, to handle returns and claims, and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Gift recipient details are deleted once the delivery is complete and any issue resolved.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Payment data is handled by our payment providers over encrypted connections and is not stored by us. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy in portable form, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

These rights are available to residents of Texas under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, to residents of California under the CCPA as amended, to residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom under the GDPR, and to residents of Canada under PIPEDA, among others.

To exercise any right, write to contact@lucullion.com.

We will verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming details of an order you placed, and will respond within the period required by the applicable law. If we decline a request we will tell you why, and you may appeal by replying to our response.

10. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, write to contact@lucullion.com and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

We operate from the United States and our service providers may process information there. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

12. Copyright

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, product designs, and instructional material, including our guides and courses — is the property of Lucullion or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright law. The compilation of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of Lucullion.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission. This includes reproducing our instructional material in whole or in substantial part.

13. Trademarks

Lucullion and the Lucullion mark are our trademarks. Trademarks belonging to other companies, including grading companies and trading card publishers, are the property of their respective owners. Where they appear on the Site they are used solely to describe which products ours are compatible with, and their use does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

14. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, write to contact@lucullion.com with a description of the work, the location of the material on our Site, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized. We will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate.
