Shipping Policy

Shipping is free on every Lucullion order. There is no minimum order value and no threshold to reach.

Processing

Orders begin processing by the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. If that email does not arrive, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Carriers and delivery times

We ship with UPS and USPS. The carrier is selected by us for each order based on destination, package size, and speed, and deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.

Estimated delivery once an order has shipped:

United States — 2 to 5 business days

Canada — 7 to 10 business days

These are estimates. Delivery times vary with your location and with carrier performance, and we cannot accept liability for delays outside our control. We will, however, help you trace any parcel that appears to be running late.

Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees payable on delivery. These are set by the destination country and cannot be calculated or collected by us in advance.

Multiple addresses

We ship to one address per order. To send to more than one address, please place a separate order for each destination.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped at the buyer’s cost.

Private Gifting

Orders placed through the Private Gifting service include outbound shipping to the recipient. Getting the item to us is arranged and paid for by you, whether you send it yourself or have a packing and shipping service send it on your behalf.

Parcels sent to us must be under 20 lb and no larger than 18 × 14 × 12 inches.

A parcel arriving outside these limits will be returned at your cost, and the service fee is not refunded. We are not responsible for an item until it has reached us and been checked in against your order.

Outbound parcels are dispatched from our address, and the sender shown on the label is Lucullion Gifting. Your name and address do not appear on the parcel.

If something goes wrong

Damaged and missing parcels are covered by our Refund Policy. If an order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, write to support@lucullion.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Changes to this policy

Lucullion may update this Shipping Policy at any time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
